Rent Payments

Rent is due on or before the 1st of every month. We encourage all residents to pay rent online via our property management portal for your home. Please email 617managementinc@gmail.com with any questions regarding getting set-up for e-payments through the portal.

If paying rent by mail, all checks should be made out to “617 Management Inc” and mailed to the below address.

Please note that your full apartment address should always be listed on the memo line so our accounting department can properly credit your account.  

Maintenance Requests

Please email 617managementinc@gmail.com with all maintenance requests and apartment related information. Please make sure your full apartment address (including unit number) is listed in the subject line of all emails and include as much information and/or photos of issue as possible.

Emergency Contact Information

Please call the 617 Management Inc emergency phone line at 617.556.7790 with all urgent emergency related issues. Please note this phone line is only for emergency situations and not for regular maintenance or apartment / accounting related questions.

Utilities

The utilities must be transferred to your name the day that your lease starts, whether you actually move into the apartment that day or not.  More information on utilities can be found in your move-in packet.

Landlord / Property Management is NOT responsible for any damages or inconvenience resulting from utility shut-off as a result of failure to set-up accounts or pay regular bills from utility companies.

Lock-outs

All lock-outs are handled by 7A’s Locksmith.  Please note that all costs associated with lock-out calls (both during regular business hours and emergency after-hour service) are the sole responsibility of tenants.  Landlord / management are NOT responsible for lock-out calls or expense.

Smoke Detectors

If the smoke detectors start making a beeping noise that means the battery in the detector is low and needs to be replaced. DO NOT DISCONNECT THE DETECTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY VIOLATION. Please notify management immediately of any issues with smoke / CO2 detectors.
