Apartment Leasing – 617 Management is not a rental office that does property management on the side in attempt to generate rental listings that can increase turnover (and likely significantly higher operating expenses).  We do leverage multiple strong decade plus relationships with many of the top preforming rental brokers and offices through the city to both help retain existing quality tenants as well as attract new qualified residents when the time comes.  Limiting turnover when possible is a core belief for 617 Management.

Maintenance & Construction – 617 Management engages with several top general contractors in the city and has been able to use the high volume to work given to these contractors to achieve preferred pricing treatment as well as quality and timely service for our residents.  Individual vendors such as painters, exterminators, cleaners, HVAC techs, landscaping, snow removal and more are available to attend to help keep your property running smoothly.  617 Management has a 24-7 emergency phone line available to all tenants in case of urgent matters.  In addition to maintenance and routine property management services, 617 Management also engages in apartment renovations, capital expense projects, and larger full gut renovation / re-development projects.

Accounting & Communication – With the help of top rated property management software, 617 Management helps landlords stay informed and organized with monthly accounting summaries as well as end of the year tax records.  An online portal is available to all tenants to submit maintenance requests, property complains, and assistant with any other leasing related questions.
